Ancestors are family in the spirit world.
Call On Ancestors
  • The altar is a place we reserve for items we deem sacred. It is a quiet and clean space which represents our hearts. It is the place where change happens.

  • The important thing is that you come to it each day to meditate, to pray, to give thanks, and to ask for help for your self and others.
Daily Practice & Commitment To Change
The Altar is a sacred place for change.
A Daily Practice
  • Daily spirtitual practice is a commitment you make to change yourself and your life experiences.

  • Take time each day to be grateful for the things you have in your life, for seeing what we have to be thankful for is benefitial in bringing about change.

  • Document your thoughts and desires on a regular basis. Over time, you will develp a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

Make An Altar
I have an eclectic practice, where all of my spirtual studies fit cohesively into my daily practice. I encourage others to do the same as well; be open to lessons that you have recieved from all of your spiritual teachings. For me that comes from various places, like Zen meditation and the Violet Flame. But my overall practice is grounded in Ifa.

Ifa is the ceremonial life that constitutes the organizing principle of the traditional Yoruba religious vision, Isense. It is a view that finds human destiny "rooted in the breath of the Deities". The unique energies manifest as Ori, divine mind. The Orisha exist in the invisible world (òrun) and lived as humans beings in the planetary world (ayé). Some of the Orisha are listed below.
An Eclectic Practice grounded in African tradition

Pink Oshun...
PINK OSHUN is the 21st Century Priestess in me. She is the modern woman, having the ability to both plug in and out of the matrix. As a business woman, I have the opportunity and freedom to follow my passions, while pursuing my spiritual journey and funding projects designed around community building and healing.

Pink Oshun is the Feminist Goddess in me that challenges patriarchy from the standpoint that tracing our roots to the ancestry of our blood line  is an essential part of healing the traumatic injuries that white supremacy requires that we, black and white, honor our African roots. The journey of the Pink Oshun within is about bringing forth the healer within me to assist our community towards healing from our oppression.

She leads us on a modern eclectic path with the disciplines of prayer, meditation, and the creative arts. She guides me in building an intentional community that is sustainable and a diverseAfrican culture centric place for you. If you are interested in finding out who you are, discovering the Ancestral African bloodline within and beginning the journey of healing and self discovery; then Pink Oshun may very well resignate with you as well.

SELF-TRANSFORMATION is one of the main goals of my practice. Like many spiritual alchemists my mission is to transfrom negetive energy within myself and around me into gold divine energy. I teach others to do this by using the violet flame.

The Violet Flame is the essence of a unique spiritual light. Violet has the highest frequency in the specrtrum and it is the point of transition to the highest octave of light. Radiant colors, more pure and rare than those found on earth, emanate from a brilliant, inner divine light. Just as a ray of sunlight passing through a prism refracts into seven colors, spiritual light splits into seven colors, or rays - each of which has specific divine qualities.

The violet flame is a unique spiritual energy that can help you in all areas of your life, it comes forth from the violet ray, which has the qualities of mercy, forgiveness, freedom and transmutation. You may use it to heal physical, emotional and spiritual problems. Once you start using the violet flame your relationships will improve and life will seem to become easier.

Once you have been working with the violet flame for a period of time you will begin to get a glimpse of the spiritual spectrum behind the physical reality as the ancients once did. This is a spiritual phenomenon that Saints and Alchemists throughout the ages have used for spiritual acension.

This information was released to the public earlier this century by an Ascended Master called Saint Germain. Ascended Masters are enlightened spiritual beings who once walked the earth like you and me. They balanced their karma, paid their debts to life and fulfilled their reason for being. They then ascended, or reunited with God. You probably already know the names of a few Ascended Masters - Jesus Christ, Gautama Buddha and Krishna
